Dealing with Difficult Situations with Tenants
(prereq for Dealing with Mental Health Issues in Housing)

Dealing with Mental Health Issues in Housing
When residents of rental housing have mental health issues, the methods used to resolve conflicts with and between them need to be designed to meet their special needs. You will build on the model learned in the prerequisite training, including how to increase your effectiveness in dealing with this population of tenants.
Date: May 22, 2009 or November 23, 2009
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $175
