Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
Early Learning Financial Analysis and Modeling


The Human Services Department is offering eligible applicants an opportunity to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide financial analysis and modeling for the funding of pre-kindergarten (Pre-K) programs for low-income children in Seattle. The program focuses on improving children’s readiness for kindergarten and long-term school success.

RFQ Application Due Date:
Complete proposals must be received by HSD no later than 5 p.m., on November 12, 2008. Applications may be may be submitted electronically by clicking on the link below:

Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to attend this information session on October 29, 2008, at 1 p.m., on the 58th floor of the Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 5th Avenue, Seattle, WA.

Request for Proposals (RFP)
2008-2009 Community Facilities Loan Program


The City of Seattle Human Services Department is now soliciting capital improvement project proposals from nonprofit human service organizations located within the city limits and providing services to Seattle’s low- and moderate-income residents.

Mandatory Pre-Application Meeting:
All agencies interested in applying for funding must schedule a mandatory pre-application meeting to be held no later than Friday, October 17, 2008.

RFP Application Due Date:
Complete proposals must be received by HSD no later than Noon on Tuesday, October 28, 2008.
